When You'll Hear From Us
We only send a shipping confirmation once your items have been fulfilled. Until then, you won't receive that notification.
Keeping Track of Your Order
To check where your order is, you'll need to provide both your account email and your order number. That's the only way to pull up your current status.
A Note on Delivery Times
You can generally expect your package to arrive within 12 to 28 days. This timeframe isn't a guarantee, though. Things like public holidays, the destination country, severe weather, and the practices of international couriers can all slow things down.
Important for Delivery
We strongly suggest including your mobile number at checkout. It makes a smooth delivery much more likely. If a delivery fails because the mobile number was entered incorrectly, we won't be able to offer any compensation for that.
